2001
Annie founds HP Ingredients with the mission of bringing sustainably-sourced science-based herbal remedies from around the globe to market.
2003
Annie introduces Eurycoma longifolia to North America. To date, LJ100® has 13 published human clinical studies and is protected by worldwide patent WO 02/17946 A1 and US patent US 7,132,117.
2005
Annie collaborates with the researchers from Universidad Austral Chile to introduce ParActin® to address joint, bone, and muscle health. HPI was awarded US Patent in Dec 2011 US: 8,084,495 B2.
2006
HPI starts custom formulation and private labeling service that uses HPI’s premier ingredients. This allows for better control of our premier ingredients and added value service to our clients.
2007
HPI is the first to introduce and popularize the MaquiBerry™ Superfruit from the Mapuche Indians in Chile to the world.
2009
Annie launches Bergamonte® in collaboration with researchers and growers in Calabria Italy. This is the first time that Citrus Bergamot is available as a dietary supplement to address cardiovascular health, metabolic syndrome, and blood glucose control.
2013
Annie forms InnoBioscience LLC a BioPharmaceutical clinical stage company that is conducting human clinical research in Andrographolides for auto-immune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer, and fibrosis.
2014
HPI introduces NeuroActin® for brain cell protection, memory, and sharper mind, N.O. Max®for nitric oxide enhancer and vasodilation, and CitruSlim® for cortisol and healthy weight management
2017
HPI launches NatControl™ and SeaControl™ and the Animal Health Division, offering natural antibiotics for the AquaCulture Food Industry. Introduces kesum, a Malaysian spice as IQ200 for cognitive and IQ support.
2021
HPI purchases a stake and is now a shareholder contributing to worldwide sales and marketing for Herbal & Antioxidant Derivatives (H&AD) of Calabria, Italy.
H&AD is the leader in manufacturing a patented bergamot polyphenolic extract that is supported by solid research and evidence-based human clinicals.
2022
HPI introduces water soluble, high bioavailability Cannabinoid product line and launches QuantumActivTM ParActin® instant pain relief cream, and anti-wrinkle face cream. Annie receives award for “Commercializing Bergamot Worldwide” from the Accademia del Bergamotto (Bergamot Academy) of Reggio Calabria. BergaFest 2022.
2023
HPI introduces Nu FemmeTM. A Proprietary Blend of Kacip Fatima Labisia pumila extract & LJ100® Eurycoma longifolia Root Extract to help maintain a healthy hormonal balance. HPI awarded EU Patent EP 17810987.2 for Multiple Sclerosis.
